Zvuky Prahy / Sounds of Prague

The famous building on Poříčí street of the former Legiobanka was accomplished in 1921and designed by the architect Josef Gočár. Today belongs similar as the entire building of Pořící palace to the ČSOB. In the middle of the entrance hall is a small fontain, which frankly seems to be designed by somebody else. The sound of the water nevertheless intervawes smoothly with the banking murmurs and clapping of clerks shoes. The impression acts rather bysantine or bizarre.
